Worst for me was Tunis. The meters are rigged, the drivers are rude, and they try to take advantage of the tourists. We got into a couple of heated arguments, which was particularly challenging since I don't speak a lick of French.

Best was Hong Kong. The drivers are courteous and honest. If they didn't understand a destination, they had me speak it into their radio and someone in dispatch found the location and translated it.
