I originally selected Northwest as my airline of choice since they had the best routing to SouthEast Asia through Narita. With the addition of Haneda I've noticed that not only have the base award redemptions gone up but the lowest point offers are routed through Haneda which causes 20 hour layovers in Tokyo and itineraries from the US midwest that top 50 hours. If you want a Narita itinerary then their awards have doubled.
I'm thinking of moving my purchased ticket business to United so I don't get so screwed on the award redemptions.
