I rented a Full Size car for today and found a Toyota Camry in my spot. Good Grief. This is an upgrade? I went back to the counter and requested another car, not that a Camry is not a good car but I have had enough of the pathetic attempts Hertz has called upgrades lately. I was finally offered a Volvo S80 when there were plenty of Volvos, Jags and Lincoln LS cars available. If this is the service I can expect for PC this year then I want nothing to do with this program. I would rather rent a Taurus and get a Taurus then have my expectation/anticipation jerked around.
