Wife called three times I called once. All above mentioned reasons were given. Although my agent explained something mysterious about hotel reservation. She went check in desk today and was given an explanation that Silvers are not allowed to select. What bs at HEL. I believe there is a glitch in the reservation. Maybe Ba.com Helper could take a look of the reservation if I PM?
