Having just used 140,000 miles to travel on NH and TG First class to Asia, I will never ever ever use miles for domestic First. It just doesn't seem worth it when eventually you can use miles for premium international. I am sure I will be tempted, but then the memory of truly wonderful seats, flight attendants and food will rush back.

I agree, save them for something better if you can hold off.
