My wife, BAEC Silver, is travelling SH and LH on BA, on ticket bought from a TA. For some reason she hasn't been able to preselect seats on MMB. MMB states free selection for all other seat except exit rows. But when saving the selection MMB fails to save. Called BAEC and answers were quite varying. First answer was Silvers are not allowed. Second no selection for TA tickets. Third reason was that there is a hotel reservation on the same ticket that wasn't true.

So, has BA changed the rules? No seat selection if travelling on TA ticket? Annoying anyway. Luckily I'm GC holder :
