Starting to wander OT here, but I had great experience with the XJ8 in Pheonix. We drove up to the Grand Canyon and spent a couple of nights in Sedona.

One interesting "issue" came up, when we arrived, the spot that had my name on it was filled with a Volvo. We went in to the Gold office and they promptly found the right car and brought it up to us. I commented on this in the feedback card (something like 'its not that big a deal, but it shouldn't happen at this level of service').

Today I received a nice letter from Becky Robertson (Manager, Customer Relations) thanking me for my comments and two $10 off any rental coupons.

I thought that was rather nice.
