The cost to Aeroplan to date has been ZERO and the Revenue to the airline side has been ZERO. [and thus a big arguement within the airline]

But, this would change when Aeroplan is a seperate entity and the airline side will have agreements to sell tickets to Aeroplan at certain rates.

So like your post says in the last line...you are just thinking ahead.
