We were at this HIX in November, the information is basically still up-to-date. At the time of our stay, the receptionist pointed out that a group of gypsies stayed on the open space between the hotel and the railroad tracks and he advised against parking outside. Instead we parked in the hotel underground garage, for a fee of course. Taking the train into the downtown area was easy, although quite expensive for a 2 or 3 stop ride.
