Not directly linked to Gold service, but as a first time renter at LAX a few weeks ago I was AMAZED at how frickin' long it took for the Hertz bus to hit all the terminals and finally get to the lot. Perhaps this isn't the usual situation, but you'd think they would come up with a more efficient approach (i.e., 1 bus go to T1-3 + TBIT, and the other go to T4-8....or whatever)
