Avis charges something like $2.50 for every day the car is rented when the toll system is used... even if you only use it 1x on a 3 month rental, you're charged the fee for EVERY DAY you had the car out! As for a detailed bill, "Customers can access a receipt online and view their toll activity at www.e-tolls.com or by calling 1-866-642-2000."
