Sheraton Hotel Grand in Edinburgh is a nice place. I'm heading back there next month. Personally I'm surprised it is still a category 4 but hey, I'm not complaining! Also loved the Westin in Dublin. It's fun to get a taste of the UK w/o spending London prices. I got stuck there last year during volcanic ash incident and could've used some category 4's in London.
