G is indeed a dump. I passed through it in late March, asked the ground staff about it, and was told that it was to save $ during the consolidation process. When CO's lease is up, they'll be back in J. I'll believe it when I see it, but I just can't see how UA would want to stay in G for the long term given that other *A carriers are in J.
