The fake cheese will be around for a while at DTW... allegedly due to an error in ordering.

Main club was still out of crackers on 5/2... and the north club still had them.

This is a regular feature of "customer service" at the DTW clubs. One club may be out of an item, but no one has the customer focus to go to another club in the terminal to obtain the missing item. I have seen this a number of times.

And, what's with the replacement non-chocolate chip cookies? The replacements look and taste like a bland alternative selected to discourage consumption.

And... don't get me started on the wine selection.
