Stick with buying a cheapo ET ticket on BA.

Both CE and ET will be a slight come down from F but CE will be more of a dissapoinmnet as you may expect too much. Sticking with BA will give you access to the CCR which is a dam site better then the *A lounge.

Also SAS C is nothing to write home about and the whole terminal swap isn't worth it for a short trip.
