Hi,

Are any of you flying with KLM from AMS to BKK? I've been flying this route 2 or 3 times a year for the past 12 years, and about 2 years ago I decided to stop using KLM on this route because I couldn't stand their vintage 747 anymore.
In economy, they still have the small CRT TV that you have to share with 10 other passengers. Seats are completely dead, fabric & carpet look older than my grandma clothes and it's incredibly noisy! An premium economy seat on a new A380 is more confortable that a business class seat on their 747 relic.

I wrote KLM about 10 times int he past 5 years to complain about this situation but they don't care. It's apparently a cheap route to run with lots of Dutch who are willing to pay a high price. Why change such a winning combination?
I now have to fly via paris, london... or use China Airlines.

Are my fellow Dutch travellers not tired by this aircraft? Don't you complain?
Please complain so they will soon change this aircraft or refurbish it completely.
