The AA website just lists one option - a KA/CX lounge for everybody and their brother. (Everything from a Plat flying coach on up...) I imagine that's a perfectly fine lounge - just wondering if there's a second option for F pax only.
Unfortunately it's the KA/CX lounge which is single class. No F lounge to speak of.
