One of the best I have visited is in an old historic hotel, the Seelbach in Louisville. In addition, another one of the best ones is in the relatively small Hilton at SLC airport.

I am currently in huge Hilton at Niagara Falls and no EL. However, the HHonors buffet breakfast is fabulous on the 35th floor with a full view of the falls.

I think the rough divider may be business class versus resort class, but I am sure there are many exceptions.
