That's the problem- it doesn't say anywhere on the website that you're Five Star. The only thing you see when you log-in is your name and #1 Club Gold member. I don't think I had any confirmations of my status outside of the e-mail from the Hertz representative and upgraded cars awaiting me when I arrived.

At least you got the upgraded cars, if that was the case for me, then I wouldn't care if I could find my status online. Just about every week I have to go back to the counter (same city by the way) and ask for my 5 Star upgrade. One time I asked if they can see the 5 Star on my profile and the guy was like, nope doesn't say anything.
