I love threads like these. It's been a while since I failed Statistics (twice), but statements like the title to this thread are pretty bold conclusions to draw based on a sample size of 1!
The sample size is much larger than 1. There's another thread that has a list of all the properties scheduled to open this year, and looking through the list it's easy to see how many would NEVER have a lounge (wrong brand, etc.). Then, from those that do, determining how few ACTUALLY do is relatively trivial (and since this is a new property this year, providing a data point on one of the aforementioned properties).
The NYC comment above illustrates the low distribution of these lounges, which are an advertised benefit of the program.
