I fly that route a lot but always UD
I have had pretty good service UD SFO-ICN. Although when I route through NRT (SEA-NRT-ICN rather than SEA-SFO-ICN) the SEA based crews are noticeably better. My last SEA-NRT had the best service I have ever had on any airline and the return trip was pretty close.
