Help interpret a MCT?

For a connection from EK to BA at DXB, I'd like to check the MCT. Here's what I see:

If it matters: EK arrives at Terminal 3, BA departs at Terminal 1. As best I can tell, that's not one of the listed exceptions -- first exception is for departing flights from terminal 2; second for departing flights from terminal 3, third for departing flights on EK. Does that mean that the standard II MCT, 75 minutes, would apply?
