I have had good TATL/TPAC experiences with UA mainline and I have had bad TATL/TPAC experiences with UA mainline.
I have a litmus test for knowing which one I'm going to have the second that I board.
Young international-based crew: good
Young domestic-based crew: good
Old domestic-based crew: bad
It's a labor problem. Simple as that.
I like the hard product and the soft product is serviceable (especially in international F).
