Why are you assuming other hotels don't have the same 4-key limitation? They might have the exact same one.

And the information was given in advance, even if it wasn't in the preferred location for you on your reservation.

BTW - you said it's for work, & you have 5 people sharing a 2-bedroom suite? Ugh.
