Possible to reach a SPECIFIC Gold Passport Concierge ?
Here's the deal - sent an email rearding an issue - got a response from an individual who, it appeared, misunderstood my email. I sent a reply and got a 2nd email from a different Gold Pasport Customer Service who clearly understood my issue. I replied to that email as well, thanking the person for assisting. However, some follow up is necessary. All the emails were from the generic concierge email. Does anyone know a way or email format to get in touch with the specific person that I need to communicate with ? Thanks for any assistance. Obviously, I have omitted specific names.
