I stayed there about two years ago. As a PLAT, I was given a very small room (there were two of us - and barely enough room for our suitcases) in the basement, with no window except a peephole that looked up at a small opening. I complained to the front desk, and they told me the hotel was "full" and there was nothing they could do. Uh, I had made the reservation months before, and the "full" hotel was populated by a large group of school children. Never again.
