I went through JFK a couple of weeks ago and they did greet me, and take me to the top of the escalator, and that was it!

I questioned delta about it, and i was told they are still working on it. To me, it's a great perk! It works in LHR with other airlines, so i see no reason it cannot work in JFK.

I will be going through again in a few days, so hopefully they will have worked something out.
