I'm hoping someone can help me out. Trying to book a TPE-HKG-MEL flight and I'm getting this error when I try to go to the payment page (after filling out my name & contact details).

For testing purposes I tried booking TPE-HKG-MNL instead and I was able to get through to the payment page.

I found an semi-recent thread on flyer talk suggesting that it may have something to do with my IP address not coming from Taiwan (I'm located in Australia). I actually just tried a Taiwanese proxy service and got the same error.

Any suggestions?
