Farecompare Flyertalk website/tool confusion

Hi all,

I've recently become aware of the Farecompare Flyertalk page and while I've tried to use it numerous times over the past week, I seem to have nothing but problems. Maybe somebody can talk me through my various issues

1- For example, I go right now and look for fares out of SFO. I see the lowest PPM flight is SFO-MCO on DL for $190 total for 4882 miles, at a PPM of $.04. However when I click fare calendar and choose dates that show that $190 fare, the only results that come up are somewhere in the $400 range and don't even include DL -- only CO/UA! What's wrong here?

In general it seems that the prices that come up once I go through the fare calendar on most fares are over double what the initial page says. I first thought the fares displayed might only be one-ways, but then the PPM calculations don't make sense. Looking back at my sample SFO-MCO flight, 4882 miles is clearly round trip and $.04*4882= $195, aka the fare that should be pricing out (with some rounding, but essentially close enough). What am I missing?

2- Is it just me or do the links to "fare rules" and "fare routing" not load to anything? The only thing that comes up is a header image with the respective page title (fare rules or fare routing) and just white screen below that. I've tried it on 2 diff computers on 3 different browsers, all with the same result
