Coincidentally there was an internal article about our catering centres (related to something else) and as I said in my earlier post, I can confirm that only one catering centre (out of 8 that Qantas owns and runs) has the ability to freeze food and that is in Queensland (not sure where, it didn't specify)

Of course my article didn't specify what meals were frozen but I would say the majority would be for economy class meals.
