Not flown this myself but the usual check in rate would be around £185.- for such a long haul upgrade...Can be cheaper on some occasions but if you are booked in a discounted WT fare (in other words only 30 TP's) then this may be interesting for the additional TP (75) and miles (1/4 mile bonus for cabin)...if the cabin differences aren't enough on their own...If you are already getting 60 TP then maybe less enticing unless you value the cabin extras. HTH.
