The UA status match is a joke. They gave it to me and said I have to fly 35K in three months to keep it. Do they not think I've already made plans for some of this upcoming travel already? I would have to completely switch and cancel things that are already ticketed. And one of the two flights I have taken has not posted and they don't respond.

At DL they respond to elites very quickly with resolution.

I like CO but not impressed with the "new company" so far.
