Well, at JFK they have more people in fatigues doing runs to/from the Airtrain stations at the airport terminals themselves. A ridiculous show of the stupid variety akin to running police sirens around Manhattan to "scare" terrorists out of being terrorists.

The problem with this report is that it requires blind faith in the US government. They don't have a lot of credibility with me at the moment. They have been caught in too many lies. It was inconvenient to claim to dump the body in the sea, but it was practical to do so for those not wanting to enable the creation of another shrine to perverted approaches to attain security (which is what OBL was pursuing in his own twisted ways) when there is already such perverted OBL memorial in the form of DHS/TSA.
The explosions were a result of a rather routine approach to dealing with downed US equipment -- destroy it so that the electronics aren't recoverable. We lost a helicopter there, and thus it had to be blown into even further pieces. The house used gas cylinders for cooking and perhaps even for heating, although nothing has yet been mentioned about whether those exploded or not.
If OBL were not confirmed to be incapacitated, he'd be out there producing yet another message -- one with proof of timing -- to thumb his nose at the world. Fortunately, that won't be happening anytime in anyone's lifetime from this month forward.
