Wondering if anyone has any experience with the CO/Amtrak service and can help chime in:

Is it impossible to get a CO marketed train credited to your MP account?
Would I have to establish a new OnePass account and then have them merged?

Background

I went from Boston to Philly last month on a last minute ticket down on CO via Newark and into 30th Street, all on a CO ticket with a CO number, etc. (as an aside, the trip was not only several hundred dollars less than the nonstop on US but only took about 45-50 minutes longer than if I schlepped to Penn in cab since I was literally "right there" on the train).

Although I got credit for the CO flight to EWR and then return on USAir, nothing for the Amtrak trip. All attempts to get credit have gone nowhere.

I assume my OnePass account has been purged since it was last used on the EA shuttle in the late '80s and therefore would need to create a new account and then ask for retroactive credit.
