WGA isn't it?
Regarding your transfer, it depends on your budget and the number of people involved in it.
A taxi from the airport to Quai des Chartrons would cost roughly 50/60 EUR. Plus, depending on your arrival time, you might be stuck in traffic on the Rocade (Bordeaux ring road).
Jet'Bus will drop you at the main tourist information kiosk located Allées de Tourny or in Place Gambetta. From there, a quick walk in old Bordeaux will take you to your tasting.
Main drawback is of course the schedule and the quite low frequency (45 min to wait really is long IMO). I personaly never use it.
The cheaper option will be to take the Bus n°1 (called Liane 1 there), in front of Terminal B. The bus runs every 10 minutes and the journey is maximum 45 minutes to Place des Quinconces. A similar walk inside old Bordeaux is then required to go the event. A Tickarte costs 10,60 EUR and allow you 10 journeys in any public transport (Bus, Tramway).
