You got to try out 3 different products, from 3 major airlines, and it seems you did get a roughly average level of service. I would have expected a lot more from the LX C product, but, hey - if the cabin is full and busy, then, you're going to have to lower your standards (arguably).
That being said, you did have a particular bad experience with US Air (p.s. they are not a 'budget' airline) whereas I have always given US a very high score whenever I travel (90% of the time I fly to the USA, I do in their Envoy product). It's just a shame for whatever reason this cabin crew member seemed to get his back up - which isn't right.
I'd say send in an email to their customer relations department - they have always been excellent with me when I've reported surly and rude behaviour in offering vouchers and apologies.
Hope you have some better experiences in the future!
