I think you are incorrect. Rome has a Category 8 and a CY at a Category 6. Moscow has a Category 7, I believe, and the 2 properties in Madrid are quite well known. One is a former convent, the other a fromer home of a Duke, I believe that fronts Retirio park, and later was the Canadian embassy.

One might not wish to spend 7 days in Madrid under the old awards program, but under the buy 4 get 1 free, I can easily see spending 5 nights there -- which I am doing, just at the Westin, though.
