Just to make it clear there are 2 policies in place with significant differences
ba.com bookings...can be amended over the phone within 24hrs of booking.no change fee will be applied but any fare/tax difference will be payable and gbp30 service fee.
Call centre bookings...24hr cooling off..entire booking can be cancelled and refunded in full if cancelled within 24hrs .. no option to change other than as per fare rules.
