I have a domestic flight this evening with a 2.5 hour delay (AA notified by email). I am connecting to an international flight (traveling in F&J). I am checking one bag. OLCI is not letting me check in. EXP desk was very vague about what the cut off is.

Does at airport check in close based on actual departure time or original scheduled departure time?
