I then checked the BA website this morning and my exact flight is being sold for £80 !!
I rang the executive club to be told "Oh im not really sure I can't see pounds on my screen...the prices are in euros"
Any suggestions as to how I can claw back some of this money from BA?
Welcome to FT. Are you sure that this new ticket is in the same fare class as the one you bought, with the same restrictions. How did you buy it, because the phone has a cooling of period for full flex. Personally I'd love to claim some money back for my BlackBerry 9700 which I bought on Amazon (last one order soon etc.) and the price went down before it got delivered - but I can't.
EDIT: Beaten to it
