Been going back and forth with the property and Platinum Customer Service...I get the answer that I shouldnt be charged they get the answer I should. I think they are expalining it incorrectly. I have it as different reservations ...have print out ..they say one reservation...dont know if they changed it at the desk. To resolve the situation the hotel say they will send me a voucher for the cost of my second night I can use at a future stay....way to much work and time for all the constant problems with the EEO vouchers.
