I booked DTW-LAX with SWU back in December. While I never got off the ground because of delays with de-icing and crew expiration (I wrote a thread on this IRROPS), I did sit on the plane for about 4 hours, watched a couple of movies and reclined. I'd do it again in a non-winter situation since I can't normally book BE or even M fares internationally...company policy.
