We have stayed at this beautiful Hyatt twice in April 2011 and have had only great experiences at this property. Free shuttle bus from the Airport, modern design, great services and food // drink offerings and rounding up our picture, we got a free upgrade from the entrance category room // we booked to the 12th floor // top floor Regency Level and Club Lounge Access. Overall, we had two great stays here, and when needed again, we can highly recommend this hotel at Incheon Airport for a lay-over, having said that we were informed that it is also favoured by honeymooners, they do even target this market in their ads. We have seen their Spa, pool, garden and atrium, excellent. We loved both of our rooms, upgrade or not. Beware, during our stay, our room on the 7th floor had an old tube style tv, but nevertheless upscale furnishings and a wonderful feel throughout, while the Regency Club room had a large flat screen TV, of course the Lounge is gorgeous and their food offerings superb incl. hot items.
