I cannot say whether it is worth $45 to you, but it's basically a junior suite. There are two rooms. The main room has a sofa, desk, and television. The bedroom has a bed, dresser, closet, and television. The bathrooms are usually decent size, though some are set up so that the toilets or showers are in very odd positions. This comes from the fact that they are on the corners of the building and the building itself is a bit oddly shaped. They have a small balcony outside of the bedroom which was nice in good weather.
