When I was young I had huge inner ear pressure issues Every single time I have had a conversation with the pilot my ears were fine.

Also please ignore anyone including a steward that says the pilot has no control over pressure issues because they always do something right that prevents pain.

This never used to happen to me but more recently i have been having this problem. But its also hurts my nose and ear, it seems to be down one side of my face.
