I left US Airways because of the "horror" about four years ago and came back within the last year. Despite all the claims of dirty planes and poor service, my most recent experience has been the opposite with US while UA and DL I have dealt with surly impolite agents, couldn't care less FA, dirty platnes and lost luggage. The time for US bashing should cease. I seem to see people commenting that have said they left US years ago when I originally left. Does it give food during the same segment lengths? No, but US tell you so. The planes have been uniformyly clean, personnel friendly and on time. I have also had my bags within 15 minutes of arrival....something Alaska promised, but with me didn't deliver recently.
