Need snail mail address for baggage issue
My bag was delayed for 4 days on trip to CUR (actually BON, but no need to complicate)

I want to pen a letter to exec offi cer, to detail commuinications issues (I am not complaining about losinbg/delaying) the luggage.

Who should I write to?
