Wow. It is surprising how little people understand about the upgrade process.

It's all about V inventory. That number is determined by Delta revenue. If your upgrade doesn't clear when you think it is "supposed" to, it's because Delta has not released V inventory. They think they can sell it instead of giving it to you for free.
