I recently went to Sri Lanka on awards using RJ all the way. I had plenty of miles so splurged out on J all the way.
RJ is an excellent airline and Amman and an excellent airport to do transfers. It's small but set up reasonably efficiently. In my opinion significantly easier than transfers in India.
