Now say if u had a res and ur earlier than the res time... well in that case, its a chance.. For example I have a res in SFO at 820AM well Im not able to get to sfo till 1130PM its no big deal since they can pull the rez. </font>
First, even if they don't cancel the reservation, that does not mean that they can not change your rate if you do not pick it up and return it when you said you would or keep it as long as you said you would.
Second, your example is the same calendar day. That's a big difference. Suzanne is picking up on a different calendar day than her reservation.
